Cody is a fourth-generation Arcadian and rancher, as well as a third-generation realtor! He holds a special place in his heart for all types of real estate, but his first love will always be farm and ranchland! Cody became a sales associate in 2017, but he views himself as a lifelong realtor. Cody grew up in the real estate office, watching and admiring his father Steve and his grandparents Lynn and Leota. In 2020, Cody obtained his Brokers license, in hopes of one day opening his own real estate brokerage. Cody graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a BS in Marketing in 2021. And in 2022, Cody obtained his lifelong dream of opening Fussell  Realty, INC, allowing him to further serve his friends and neighbors with loyalty and dedication.
